Since I was entering university, I always found stagnant student. This phenomena was happened on most of student. There are only few student who always move forward (Please don’t move backward. What should I do to encourage them to move forward?

What is the definition of stagnant?

Stagnant is condition in welfare. Why do I use welfare for description of stagnant? As you never push of yourself, you will in good condition. In the opposite, you will get a lot of trouble, deadline (job), etc since you will challenge a new thing to do……

I give you 2 examples

I have 2 friend, they are girls (wow)

First, this girl is hyperactive person. She is good in personality and activity. Recently, he got award in competitions. It is O.K, but finally, she continues doing this competition again. Although she received national award, she is totally doing the same as the previous year.

Second, I met her in kedai / warung – food counter – Although, she was being late for more than 30 minutes (it’s bad, don’t ever to take this as example). She told the ambitious reason for excusing her mistake. Even thought, I cannot forgive this, she is totally ambitious. She plans A, B, C simultaneously without thinking the effects. Consequently, she has tight schedule. Lately, she has been awarded international title.
