Today, I will go to Japan. I don’t have any time to train my junior. I hope this posting will be ecstasy for them to reach their dream (especially Aish, Ares, and Isti). In physics Engineering, you are my hope to be my successor.

Recently, I promote my junior to follow my step. I don’t feel it will be “Alex’s way”, but the time has proved that it is the best way. But, Please find your own way. I will give several tips.

First, Don’t be afraid.

Everyone always have a beginning. Overwhelm own afraid for the first time is the most valuable experience for yourself. Now, it is your time to try yourself. I know it is difficult –I have felt it-, but it will be easy when you have been through it.

Second, always go outside your safe boundary.(“zona aman”)
Forcing yourself will improve you. Most of people always stay in their safe/ comfortable zone. Step over comfortable zone always bring sadness, tiredness, difficulty, etc. But, The glorious is in the end of uncomfortable zone. Gambatee kudasai……

Third, Always Try

There are no body who always win or get a scholarship successively. I fail get foreign scholarship – I means travelling J – several times until I got this one. I advise you should try over and over and never give up until reach your dream.

Sometime I felt that I am stupid. I sacrifice my score, reputation, everything to get my dream. But, It is my way…… “The way to be Ninja – Naruto”
