Dear my friends,
Since I was entering university, I always found stagnant student. This phenomena was happened on most of student. There are only few student who always move forward (Please don’t move backward. What should I do to encourage them to move forward?

Unfortunately, I have been dumped in Physics Engineering, The land of sterile beautiful girl.
Since I joined in Physics Engineering, there are no exception for not knowing this buddies, namely Okto Silaban and Yodi Aditya (Lupa….. –Please write in Comment)……
